Job Summary: The Machine Technician II will be responsible for ensuring that all Sorter machines are fully operational. As well as keeping the parts inventory up to date. Will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of all barcode printers. Will assist the Team Lead/Supervisor with running all project tests, inspecting that the products meet the required parameters and quality, ensuring the completion of the tasks according to the production needs. Must check machines prior to a high monthly production volume, to avoid production delays due to equipment problems. Duties / Responsibilities:Organize and log every part in inventory.Log all incidents and procedures.Monitor the Sorter machines/Printers throughout the daily production.Log and monitor weekly/ monthly cleaning of all the sorter machines/printers. Test all machines after every service to ensure they are fully operational.Ensure all machines/printers throughout the daily production.
