Job Description

Job Title: Mail/Finishing Level 1
Location: La Crosse WI 54601
Duration: 12+ months (possibilities of extension)
Monday – Friday (no weekends)
Required - 12:00pm (noon) – 4:00pm
Preferred - Full Day on the 15th of each month (or the weekday prior)

Qualifications

Process mail (Daily certified mail, daily white mail, tax letters, Texas certified mail on the 15th of each month, registered mail, warranties)
Daily processing of outbound FedEx and occasional Client and DHL Outbound Packages (International and domestic)

Additional Information

Document accountable mail (certified mail) in booklet prior to processing
Packaging and shipping of limited outbound inventory
Weekly paper replenishment in client facility (Building 12)
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
