Job Description

Mailroom
Location: New Haven, CT 06511
Duration: 8-week ??????? (temp to perm)

7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm. Overtime may be required occasionally. Work week – Mon – Fri. Candidates should be available for work between 7am and 7pm.

Qualifications

Daily Responsibilities: o Target skills: Reception/Hospitality, Mailroom, Copy/Print, Shipping/Receiving o Employees will be working at multiple customer locations with and without supervision. Training will be provided. o Ability to troubleshoot minor printer issues, general knowledge of office printers/copiers o Mailroom tasks, shipping/receiving, processing incoming and outgoing mail according to site specifications o Reception and hospitality tasks: LAW Firm environment. Duties include answering and forwarding calls, scheduling conference rooms through Outlook, communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person, greeting visitors, assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, conference room set up/take down, other office-related tasks. o Employees may be re-assigned to another site in the morning or in the middle of the day.

lifting or moving items weighing up to 50-55 lbs.
