Maintance Director

The successful candidate for this position will have:Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliances repair, etc.);Knowledge of building trades/codes;Ability to complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner;Ability to maintain excellent customer service relationships with all residents and fellow team members;Ability to assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment;Ability to adhere to company's safety programs, policies, and procedures;Ability to perform all other duties as directed by management and assist in any way possible;Excellent communication and leadership skills.
