Job summary
Maintenance Supervisor prioritizes and performs maintenance servicesrelated to the exterior care, maintenance, and aesthetic upkeep of the resort.

Responsibilities
• Maintains the upkeep of the property• Orders all supplies promptly to complete projects• Performs general repairs as needed• Coordinates or inspects, operates and maintains the heating, cooling and ventilation systems• Establishes an employee work schedule and plans daily work assignments• Provides training, technical assistance, and supervision for other employees• Assists in the counsel and discipline employees• Is responsible for complying with all safety regulations(OSHA)and company safety rules• Performs all other duties as assigned• General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED preferred• Minimum of two years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or experience/education equivalence• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (APO) certification• Hazardous material handling training within six (6) months of hire date• One (1) year experience in the care, maintenance, and repair of large, commercial or public swimming pools and associated equipment and facilities• Advanced resort related maintenance systems knowledge• Proficient knowledge of OSHA guidelines and regulations• Knowledge of basic maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them• Demonstrate leadership skills• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
