RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Operations Manager in performing handyman duties, Maintain the center to guarantee a safe, well-maintained facility for our customers, tenants, and employees. Provide minor landscaping and paver repairs when necessary. Ensure snow is removed for a safer guest experience. Maintain all equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles to keep everything in good working order. Perform minor plumbing, roof, parking lot, and lighting repairs in a commercial setting. Assist the grounds staff as needed in accordance with local, federal, state, and company standards. Have a working knowledge of all outlet center emergency procedures. Other special assignments as given by the Operations Manager. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECH High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. General knowledge and capability with hand tools, fork/scissor/boom lifts, plumbing, painting, and electrical. At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
