Maintenance Technician

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to our team! In this position you will be responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties in Buffalo, MN!
Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to: Building systems maintenance Apartment repairs and reconditioning Drywall repairs Painting Minor plumbing work Minor electrical work Grounds care and snow removal Requirements Maintenance or repair experience preferred Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion Must be able to pass a criminal background check Excellent organizational and time management skills Must be able to handle confidential information Available for after hour emergencies as needed At Lloyd Management, we have been managing properties throughout Minnesota and Northern Iowa for over 50 years!
