Major Gifts Officer Highly Regarded National Nonprofit Washington, D.C. Area (Hybrid) Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year, with potential flexibility based on experience + Bonus Potential + Exceptional Benefits Terrific Major Gifts Officer position with a highly regarded national nonprofit. The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) will be an integral member of the fundraising team and will steward a portfolio of donors and prospects located in the Washington D.C. area and surrounding states. The MGO will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting individuals that are capable of giving major gifts of $25k+. Candidates should be comfortable reaching out to donors and managing the full fundraising lifecycle independently. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in fundraising or sales. Candidates should be comfortable with travel. The role operates on a hybrid schedule and is based in the Washington D.C. area.
