Technology Plans, manages, and executes the implementation of mid to large scale organizational or enterprise- wide projects. Obtains executive sponsor approval on project scope, budget and schedule and ensures key stakeholders are identified and included. The successful candidate will also be enrolled into FBI's Rap Back service, which will allow Treasury to receive notification from the FBI of criminal matters (e.g., arrests, charges, convictions) involving enrolled individuals in near real-time. You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-14 LEVEL: You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience overseeing various analytical studies and projects to resolve substantive problems or improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations; utilizing a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, to conduct and lead broad program and project implementations, system enhancements, and analytical studies relating to mission-oriented programs; utilizing data analysis results to advise management on decisions affecting policies surrounding digitalization that supports the employee and taxpayer experience. Knowledge of various software and systems (e.g., business object, tableau, Microsoft office, etc.) to create reports, spreadsheets, and project plans; knowledge of scaled agile framework, management principles, and processes to perform project management duties and coordinate and integrate project objectives. Experience with oral and written communication skills sufficient to present findings and recommendations and deliver briefings on a multitude of subjects with a wide range of co-workers, executives, and leaders within and outside of the organization.
AND MEET TIME IN GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT: You must meet applicable TIG requirements to be considered eligible. To meet TIG for positions above the GS-05 grade level, you must have served at least one year (52 weeks) at the next lower grade (or equivalent) in the normal line of progression for the position you are applying to. Advancement to positions up to GS-05 is permitted if the position to be filled is no more than two grades above the lowest grade held within the preceding 52 weeks.
AND TIME AFTER COMPETITIVE APPOINTMENT: By the closing date (or if this is an open continuous announcement, by the cut-off date) specified in this job announcement, current civilian employees must have completed at least 90 days of federal civilian service since their latest non-temporary appointment from a competitive referral certificate, known as time after competitive appointment.
