Manage all aspects of the prospecting sequence, performing special projects and managing long-term business opportunities.Ensure a smooth handoff of new opportunities while reviewing the quality of sales opportunities on a regular basis.Optimize processes and develop new campaigns with Sales and Marketing to attain aggressive pipeline goals.What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise Required qualifications:Experience: Two or more years of competitive sales development management experience; Proven record of sales success.Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, a related field or equivalent experience.Technical skills: Knowledgeable in using Salesforce to analyze marketing campaigns; Experience organizing, implementing and maintaining sales goals; Understanding of Enterprise level voice and data telecommunications solutions; Proficient in Microsoft Office.Skills: Organizational, time management, relationship building, negotiation, closing and English communication skills.Abilities: Ability to continuously hire, onboard and train new sales representatives.
