The candidate willcollaborateclosely with stakeholders acrossourFinance, Retail,Revenue, and CPG teams to deliver on projects that make an impactto their operations.This candidate willcollaborate withData Engineering to ensure thatdata is delivered accurately andtimelyfor our stakeholders.In addition to leading a small team of analysts, thiswill be ahands-onrolefocusing ondeliveringanalytic solutions that drive forward capabilitiesfor Green Thumb Industries.This is a hybrid position - 1 day per week at our HQ office in River North. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with key decision makers and business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needsManage the daily operations of the Business Intelligence team and foster a high performance and personal growth cultureDesign data models that meet analytic requirements and support efficient querying Own the Business Intelligence reporting tools and ensure they are designed and configured for optimal performanceEstablish operational procedures and best practices for the team to followDesign and develop actionable reports, dashboards and data visualizations that provide insights to end usersManage business intelligence projects to ensure they meet business requirements and are delivered on timeImplement data quality monitoring tools to ensure the accuracy and recency of dataCreate and maintain end user documentation including a data dictionary, report inventory, data lineage, etc.Conduct end user training sessions and ongoing support to users of the business intelligence platformCollaborate with infrastructure and information security teams to implement solutions to ensure our platform and data are secureStay updated with the latest business intelligence and analytics trendsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field6+years?of experience and a proven track record of success in technology related field1+ year(s) direct people management experienceStrong expertise in business intelligence concepts, tools, and methodologiesExpertise in various BI reporting toolssuch as Tableau, Power BI, LookerExperience with dbt or similar data transformation tools and techniquesUnderstanding of dimensional data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing architectureExperience writing and optimizing complex SQL statements in a cloud data warehouse environment such as Snowflake or RedshiftExperience working with various services in AWS such as S3, Cloudwatch, MWAA, RDSStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to collaborate with business stakeholdersAdditional RequirementsMust pass any and allrequired background checks Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry Must be a minimum of 21 years of age#LI-HYBRID
