The Position:?

TheManager,Global Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics (SCLT)will beresponsibleforbuilding and managing a high-functioning team ofGlobalOperations Specialists,whowillserve asthe primary pointsof contact for ourmanufacturing and logistics partners, both internally and externally, in order to manage and mitigatepatient schedulingissues in real-timeover the weekends.The Manager willensurethattheir team istrained and supported inorder to operate at an exceptional level. This person must maintain strong relationships with partners acrossthe commercial franchise, the manufacturing and supply chain organizations, and other partner teamsto ensure best-in-class customer service is delivered to ourpatient treatment centers around the world.
Positionisfully-remote. Remote work must be performed at home witha consistentoffice setup and internet access, as extensive work at computers and phones is essential to job function.Standardwork schedule willbe12 hours per day,Saturdaythrough Monday, 12AM ET to 12PMET.

Holiday on-call support isrequiredas assigned.??

Domestic and international travel is possible, butwill not exceed15%.

Education andExperience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience?

5+years of work experience in scheduling, planning, operations, logistics,and/orsupply chain?

Experience working inSalesforce CRM, APEX, Oracle, SAP, and/or other comparable planning/scheduling/executionsystemsis preferred

Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA) ispreferred

Must have strong proficiencywithOffice 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities:
Hire and develop a team of high-functioningGlobal Operations Specialists

Influence day-to-day operations through a strong sense of leadership and manage first level escalations, including urgent escalations and business continuity events, and exceptions processes, such as product returnorproduct replacements

Accountable for team performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Maintainapositive, inclusive and professional team atmosphere

Manage given resources and identify resources needs

Lead and manage regional and cross-functional projects

Ensure direct reports properly trainedandare aligned withSCLTstrategy

Communicate issues and resolutions with management and key internal and external stakeholders

Analyze trends and develop action plans from feedback, operational metrics, and KPIs

Manage team goalsandalign themwithSCLTstrategy

Provide weekly updates on team projects and goals

Provide input into goals and plans to deliver onSCLTstrategy

Manage relationships with regional partners as assigned

Act as SME on global projects as assigned

Leadat leastonecross-regionworking group

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Highly self-motivated, self-aware, and professional?

Excellentcommunication (written and verbal) and presentation skills?

Able to lead a team of professionals directly andindirectly

Must be skilled in planning and organizing, conflict management, decision-making, building relationships, innovation management, and resource allocation

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $87,000 - $110,000,
plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed. On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work.
