Your Role:
As our Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our supply chain processes related to manufacturing and distribution. From improving inbound supply chain processes to standardizing procedures, your contributions will be key to our success.
Responsibilities:
Dive into the heart of our procurement process, becoming an expert in industrial process procurement and inventory management systems.
Partner with our business process owners to refine material specification processes and ensure optimal supplier quality management.
Take the lead in strategic procurement, ensuring material readiness for smooth batch manufacturing.
Contribute to the establishment of policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide strategic oversight of day-to-day supply chain operations, keeping a close eye on KPIs related to procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
Mentor and support our Supply Chain team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical subject or Supply Chain Management.
Hands-on experience in procurement or purchasing roles, with a focus on operational excellence.
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles and their application in supply chain processes.
Strong project management skills and the ability to drive change effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
