The role you'll contribute:The Analytics Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for pharmacy analytics and the bridge between it and health care related data sets. They will manage the quality, insights, and distribution of reporting Rx Plus and Expedien Rx pharmacies, the two largest outpatient pharmacy operations in the health system. They will work to build insights and modeling to support the 360° view of the consumer and the lifetime value of a patient. This position reports to the Vice President: Ambulatory Pharmacy Strategy and manages those in the role of Analytics Specialist.
The value you'll bring to the team:Responsible for supporting and informing the strategic analytics vision for corporate pharmacy teams.Direct, guide, and support the analytics team to collect digital metrics from various pharmacy-related clinical, operational, and financial systems. Work with the teams to analyze findings and make specific recommendations based on the information.Identify and recommend leading-edge data analytics techniques and measurement solutions to better demonstrate value and effectiveness of digital activities and achieve revenue and strategy goals.Collect, compile, and synthesize data to help the organization develop and understand KPIs and other thresholds for success.Proactively look for ways to provide outstanding customer service and work closer with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to leverage digital technologies to improve business processes and support critical business strategies.Participate in developing decision-support systems that demonstrate digital effectiveness to support the digital marketing footprint.Develop data-driven strategies to support digital growth planning and the creation of decision-support systems that demonstrate digital effectiveness.Apply keen skill in communicating data clearly in written and oral form and work diligently to get the right data to key decision makers.Provide advice to ensure digital projects can be measured and analyzed as they are implemented.Lead coordination of data management and systems training given by the Analytics Specialist to team members for relevant applications.Strive to achieve a level of data insight unparalleled in pharmacy to uniquely position AdventHealth as an industry leader in insightful Pharmacy analytics.QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Math, Business, or a related field with 8 years of relevant experience.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Master's degree preferred or equivalent.
