The manager of Prosthetics & Orthotics (P&O) is responsible for general oversight of the P&O department. Responsibilities include:
Personnel management, including maintenance of HR files and regulatory compliance.Fiscal management of human and material resources.Preparation of the annual budget.Oversight of the P&O performance improvement program.Direct patient care responsibilities and maintaining the clinical competencies of P&O staff.Involvement in marketing and program development for P&O.Salary range: 112,900-256,900 annual
