What you’ll doBecome part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:Prepare the daily cash disposition (including prior day reconciliation) for all bank accountsLead for the SAP treasury workstation utilization, including working with IT teams located in the United States, Germany, and Czech Republic on system enhancements or production incidentsAnalyze and mitigate current FX exposures by preparing and submitting accurate FX spot deal orders to buy or sell foreign currenciesPrimary contact for internal and external auditors for any cash management related documentation requests, process walk-throughs, and explanationsExecute and/or monitor payment runs via the SAP treasury workstationApprove and release manual payments via bank softwareResolve payment issues with banking partners or relevant IT teams to ensure payments settle with determined value datePrimary contact working with the Scout legal team to update account signatories and other bank account management topics (i.e. KYC) with banking partnersMaintain and enforce bank account management policiesProactively engage key business areas to collect and understand the business to accurately forecast cash inflows and outflowsProvide insights and information to Sr. Director, Treasury for strategic liquidity planning activitiesProvide regular reporting to the CFO and Finance Management Team on Scout’s liquidity position and forecastTreasury responsible for various governance, risk, and compliance initiativesSupport both internal and external legal teams with respect to ISDA negotiations for Scout Motors Inc.Coordinate hedge accounting related topics with Scout Accounting and Volkswagen Group’s Hedge Accounting team.Location & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require attendance at in-person meetings and events regularly. This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Novi, MI.
