You are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with relentless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable and come out on top. In this role, you will be accountable for project management, team leadership, and business development.
Viewed as a key senior leader within the consulting business, you will drive meaningful commercial success by securing profitable business, actively harvesting accounts, creating leads, and ensuring accurate project forecasting and pricing.
You will:
Contribute to setting business direction, strategy and priorities, and take ownership for driving the overall growth and scalability of the consulting businessBuild positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teamsDevelop and lead a large customer book of businessLead and develop customer relationshipsBe responsible for the design, efficiency, and outcomes related to customer projectsFacilitate project team discussions to pressure test customer recommendations, underlying assumptions, and final deliverable qualityActively build relationships with leaders across Consulting Advisory Groups and other businesses within Syneos HealthFocus on team development and seek growth opportunities for team membersRecent experience working with large national and global accountsProficient in PowerPoint and ExcelDemonstrated new business experience, from organic growth to RFI/RFP planning, development and executionExperience across both promotional and non-promotional commercialization activitiesAbility to travelThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $300,000.
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.
Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
