Manufacturing Technician. You'll work on and impact all aspects of our manufacturing, post-processing operations, and final assembly of our core products. You'll perform operations such as manual and automated heat staking, precision assembly of electro-mechanical subsystems, and final assembly. Work with our technician team and Lead Manufacturing Engineer onsite in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble our cutting-edge firestorm core products with precision and efficiency, following detailed work instructions and company protocols.
- Conduct in-line quality control checks throughout the assembly process to uphold our standards of excellence.
- Troubleshoot and rectify non-compliant products through thorough diagnosis and necessary re-work.
- Accurately input manufacturing data to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Utilize light manufacturing equipment including media blast stations, drill presses, and various hand tools to streamline production processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident eligible for US security clearance, due to the nature of our work with export-controlled data.
- Possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in electromechanical manufacturing assembly, demonstrating mastery in using both hand and power tools.
- Proficiency with barcode scanners, spreadsheet data entry, and computer systems is essential.
- Must be available for on-site work 100% of the time and capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Demonstrated aptitude in math and technical problem-solving, either through work experience or academic achievements.
