Marketing Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing principles. You will collaborate with various teams to drive brand awareness, engage customers, and support the overall marketing objectives.
ResponsibilitiesMarket Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics and promotion.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Compensation$41,500 - $45,600 yearly
