Marketing Associate - Work From Home

Bank of America Corp. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives- Support the team in organizing and promoting events and webinars- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing tools and platforms- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
