The Marketing Automation Specialist is key to boosting our customer engagement goals! By using the latest technology, you'll enhance and streamline our marketing processes. This role focuses on making our marketing and service campaigns more effective through smart, data-driven strategies across all channels, including paid, owned, and earned media.
Please note: this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Ko to mahi – what you'll do Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and Amazon Connect to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and make informed, data-driven decisions for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and enhance customer engagement and drive alignment with business KPIs. Maintain expertise in data analytics and AI and stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation. Na tou rourou - what you'll bring 3+ years in marketing automation tools. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management abilities. Intermediate to high-level data analysis skills; ability to spot inconsistencies and suggest improvements. Meticulous and focused on continuous improvement. Inquisitive nature with a desire to understand processes deeply. Creative thinker who proposes innovative solutions.
