The Marketing Coordinator - Digital Channels will provide marketing support with specific responsibilities in digital brand management, website and third-party feed maintenance and other marketing projects as assigned.
Online Marketing Website – Manage multiple online platforms, including but not limited to the website and third-party real estate sites; update and maintain website community pages, descriptions, photos, sales info, brochures, maps, floor plans, images, and pricing; perform ongoing third-party online audits to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date; and provide strategic suggestions for each channel. Photography and Videos – Order photography, staged images, video reels, virtual tours of models and inventory homes. Process and upload to marketing channels. MLS Platform – Manage listings on MLS and coordinate the logistics between sales and marketing. Social Media – Assist with social media campaigns by creating captions, designing posts, and schedule posts on social media management platform Regional Marketing Community Collateral – Use templates to edit and produce print materials for assigned communities: price sheets, features sheets, flyers, etc. Signage – Coordinate with sign vendors to procure sold/available, coming soon, and all other sign requests, and manage installation. Promotional Items – Order logo items and print materials and help maintain inventory on fulfillment website. Sales Office Apps – Install and provide technical support for community sales office kiosks. Email Marketing – Use templates to create and send emails to support community marketing efforts. Community Quality Control – Visit communities as schduled to ensure sales office, common areas, signage, etc. is in marketing compliance and brand standards are being met. Invoice Processing – Code invoices and corporate VISA report and work with accounting department when there are discrepancies. Project Management – Manage self tasks daily in the project management system to ensure tasks are executed on time and marked as complete, contributing to successful project completion and overall team support. Events – Coordinate, plan, execute, and attend company, consumer, and realtor events to assist with managing vendors, traffic flow and capturing leads. Available to travel to sites and other communities within the DFW Metroplex. All other duties as assigned to support marketing department/company goals and objectives. Supervision of Others: N/A
Authority/Budget/Decision Making/Discretion and Independent Judgment Ability: Position requires the ability to exercise the discretion and judgement of vendor bid pricing, setup of budget information, and execution of contract.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
Location: Trophy Signature Homes Corporate Office
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications preferred
Experience:
Prefer one year of marketing experience in website maintenance and online marketring channels. Prefer experience with Marketing Cloud or equivalent email distribution software. Competencies:
Require knowledge and experience in website maintenance software, CRM software, Marketing Cloud platform, and social media management platforms. Intermediate skill in MSOffice Outlook, Word, and Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in maintaining good relationships with vendors and internal departments. Possess analytical problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are not taking resumes from recruiters at this time.
