Marketing/Customer Service Job Description We are looking for a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing/Customer Service representative. This role will involve both marketing and customer service responsibilities, requiring a keen understanding of both areas to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
- Assist with the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and professional customer service via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to products or services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or customer service roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM software a plus
