As a critical part of the Sales & Marketing team, our company is looking to hire a full-time Marketing Manager who will be working closely with our sales, marketing, and R&D teams to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for our brands while serving our current and future clients.

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth.
+ Drive the creation of marketing content, such as website content, demo videos, and case studies.
+ Collaborate with the executive team to build outbound sales processes.
+ Identify and analyze marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
+ Coach internal team members and partners on a unified marketing strategy.
+ Leverage relevant digital marketing tools.
+ Contribute to sales efforts by interacting with potential clients providing demonstrations, quoting solutions, etc.
+ Understand and build the company product offerings and brands.
+ Represent the company at industry trade shows.
+ Update social media accounts as requested.
**Education/Experience:**
_Required:_
+ 4-year degree in business, marketing, communication, engineering, or related field equivalent experience
+ Interest in lifelong learning
+ Sales and/or marketing experience
+ Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
_Preferred:_
+ Successful outbound sales experience
+ Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills
+ Competency in Microsoft/Google applications including Word, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint
+ Relevant digital marketing experience
**Travel:** Minimal up to 10%
**Location:** Farley/Dubuque, IA. In person required, but open to some remote work in time.
**Reports to:** VP of Development
