Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on digital communications and strategies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, community engagement, content creation and driving results. As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase media engagement, and drive conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to meet company objectives.
- Proficiency in SEO strategies, AdWords campaigns, web marketing strategies, etc.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including but not limited to company Blog, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and more.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Manage company digital reputation platforms
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and performance data to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital communication and marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Marketing, Communications, or related field experience
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Experience with digital media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in video and photo editing is a plus.
