BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to assist with the coordination and execution of digital marketing efforts. This will include content updates to Love's web properties, providing up-to-date and complete location information for local marketing and day-to-day digital local marketing efforts for Love's network of locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the creation and management of Love's online listings (Google My Business, Yelp, Apple Maps, etc…)
Audit, edit and monitor location listings and manage support tickets to ensure all information is accurate.
Monitor and respond to reviews across a number of digital platforms while providing reports to relevant departments.
Works closely with the Manager of Digital Marketing Operations with content updates to Love's web properties.
Coordinate and execute the addition of new amenities, services, and operations from SMA to customer-facing platforms.
Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices for SEO, Google My Business and local marketing platforms.
Perform other duties assigned as needed to support the marketing department.
Other responsibilities include writing, simple design and analytics reporting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education:
4-year college degree required
Experience:
1-3 years of digital marketing or content management experience
Strong understanding of website and marketing analytics
Understanding of SEO analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and SEMrush
Previous experience with Sitecore or similar CMS platforms a plus
SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Skills:
Hard Skills: Ability to use Mac and PC platforms with strong Office 365 skills. Sitecore and HTML knowledgebase. In-depth experience with SEO tools.
