The Marketing Technology Manager at Xero is a critical role that bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role is responsible for building and optimizing the Marketing Technology stack to drive partner acquisition, conversion, and penetration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with SaaS integrations, and a deep understanding of marketing technology and data flows. They will be a visionary leader who can translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, while also being hands-on in implementing and optimizing those solutions. How You'll Make an Impact: Architect the Future: Design and implement a cutting-edge marketing tech stack that fuels our partner acquisition and engagement strategies worldwide. Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with product owners to streamline CRM operations, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. Unleash the Power of Automation: Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing automation, reporting, and personalization. Champion Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by proactively identifying and implementing emerging marketing technologies. What you'll bring with you: Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a CRM platform, including experience creating custom integrations. Strategic Vision: The ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Passion for Data: A deep understanding of data flows, integration, and the power of data-driven marketing. Growth Mindset: A proactive, curious approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
