This person will drive development and qualification projects for new media development projects, enhance adhesive formulations, and lead various material-related initiatives. Lead research activities for adhesives, filter media, and materials development projects, from conceptualization to implementation. Testing and evaluation of new materials in cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Collaborate with universities and research centers to coordinate external tests and studies for new materials development. Monitor research results from external parties and evaluate new technologies for client's filtration applications, identifying opportunities for integration into existing or future projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years project management experience Must have experience with polyurethanes, RTV silicones, PVA, EVA, and/or polyamide adhesives Proven experience in materials research, particularly in the development of adhesives Proficiency or a strong understanding of GCMS, SEM, optical microscope, rheometer, penetrometer, and other laboratory equipment and analysis techniques Strong understanding of polymer chemistry, surface science, and material characterization methods Interested in hearing more?
