It is also a great working environment for our staff as we truly value and appreciate each member of our team!Responsibilities:Ensure accurate MDS completion.Coordinate MDS within a interdisciplinary approach to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.Observe direct nursing care, review documentation, care plan formulation and make appropriate recommendations.Requirements of the MDS Coordinator (RN) Registered Nurse:Currently licensed as an RN (Registered Nurse) in the State of FloridaPossesses excellent clinical records assessment and documentation skillsMinimum of 2 years experience as an MDS CoordinatorCurrent CPR#INDRNHP
