Mechanical Engineer

Our client is seeking an R&D Mechanical Engineer with 2-4 years' experience who enjoys working on the manufacturing floor to prototype and test equipment with the Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of pressure vessels or an interest in working the same as well as utilize SolidWorks to design or modify equipment.
HYBRID Schedule- 2 Days onsite after 90 day training period!!
Salary: $75K-$110K

Fabrication knowledge including an understanding of the welding process is highly desired. Requirements & Responsibilities: Must possess a Bachelor's in Engineering Degree ASME Boiler standards highly desred! Performs research, design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment. Gives input to product design based on design for manufacture/design for assembly philosophy. Designs, develops, and tests and/or sources and cost-justifies various tools, machinery, and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods. Develop and document control plan, PFMEA, process flow, work instructions, and inspection plans. 9381580
