Adfinitas Health is looking for a seasoned, passionate hospitalist medicine leader to helm our practice at University of Maryland Rehabilitation & Orthopaedic Institute (UMROI) in Baltimore, MD.
Our ideal candidate will possess:A strong inpatient skill setBe a quality-focused team playerDemonstrated knowledge of quality measures, such as HCAHPS, MHACSHigh ethical standards and a commitment to compliance.Strong business judgment and acumen and ability to adapt strategically and tactically.Our hospitalist team provides inpatient internal medicine care within the hospital setting, including admitting patients, performing physical exams, ordering tests, diagnosing, performing hospital rounds, and planning for discharge.
The Medical Director is responsible for leading and managing the Adfinitas Health program and providers at the facility, implementing and executing Operational and Quality Initiatives, fostering and maintaining positive relationships with staff members as well as hospital clinical and administrative staff, and the financial performance of the program.
