Membership Coordinator In this role you will contribute the growth of the National Semiconductor Technology Center by reviewing and facilitating inbound membership applications, onboarding new members, and providing a positive experience for our new prospects and members.
Every day you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and process membership applications, facilitate the exchange of information between members and internal teams. work within the CRM to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date, and ensure a seamless experience for organizations seeking to join the National Semiconductor Technology Center's transformative mission.

The Membership Coordinator serves as a crucial liaison between Natcast and prospective NSTC members, facilitating the growth of membership in this groundbreaking public-private partnership. This role directly impacts the advancement of U.S. semiconductor capabilities by ensuring efficient evaluation and onboarding of member organizations who will contribute to and benefit from NSTC's innovative programs.
Responsibilities: Coordinate the inbound membership application process
Guide prospective members through the application process
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to review materials and ensure timely communications with members on application status
Maintain accurate membership records and documentation within the CRM
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Support member onboarding activities
Support member events when required
Provide other support as required to execute on membership activities
Required Skills and Experience: 2+ years experience in membership coordination, customer service, or similar role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Office Suite
Understanding of CRM and the ability to work within enterprise software systems
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills & Experience Background in technical membership organizations
Knowledge of public-private partnerships
Experience with inbound lead management
Familiarity with government contracting processes
