Job SummaryOur Membership Sales & Service Associate is responsible for membership sales, member service and retention efforts, club engagement, interdepartmental support, as well as ongoing member relations. With your drive and expertise, we seek to retain and grow our membership in 2024 and help more people live a fit life.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrimary customer service representative for incoming prospect and member correspondenceServe as a sales and customer service contact for prospective members, including welcoming guests, facility tours, lead conversion, membership sales, member onboarding, and ongoing member engagementAchievement of monthly Membership goalsAssist with sales efforts, promotions, and eventsPerform member cancellation, retention, and assistance servicesAdditional duties as neededMust be available to work weekendsRequired Knowledge & SkillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeMust be highly motivated & organizedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to resolve discrepanciesRequired Education, Experience, and CertificationsDemonstrated Sales ExperienceDemonstrated Customer Service Experience2 years of health club and/or hospitality experience (preferred)CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)Associates Degree or higherBenefitsFree VIP Club MembershipEmployee discountsPaid time offTraining & development
