Job Description Responsibilities:
Bridge Communication: Act as the liaison between hourly workers and management to ensure clear communication and address any operational issues promptly.Optimize Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce downtime across all foundry operations.Monitor Performance: Oversee production metrics and performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.Ensure Quality: Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure all products meet or exceed specifications and customer requirements.Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.Manage Maintenance: Oversee maintenance schedules and repairs to ensure all equipment is operating optimally and minimize production disruptions.Develop Training Programs: Design and implement training programs to bridge skills gaps, improve worker proficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Lead and Motivate: Guide and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives productivity and aligns with company goals.The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate:
