Partners Personnel is looking to hire experienced MicroSeal Slitter for our client around the Whitsett area. A MicroSeal Slitter must have the ability to collaborate with peers and management, demonstrate exceptional judgement, and display a high degree of professional maturity while modeling loyalty, integrity, and honesty. Schedule: 3rd Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 AM + OT (Sun - Thur)
Pay Rate: $16.85 per hour
Job Duties and Responsibilities for Machine Operators • Refer to Manufacturing Order to determine details and specifications of material to be produced • Set up Slitter according to Machine Set Up specifications • Follow procedures for reporting non-conforming product per ISO Work Instruction • Perform in-process and final inspections • Complete Manufacturing Run Sheet and Quality Checklist • Slit fabric following Work Instructions • Maintain cleanliness and integrity of Slitter work environment • Record documentation as required Job Requirements for Machine Operators • Three to twelve months related manufacturing experience • Proven record of exceptional attendance in previous positions • Ability to understand and follow ISO Work Instructions • Ability to problem solve which requires one or two operations: some work with fractions, decimals, percentages, and averages, manually or with a calculator • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions as needed • Ability to record production related information in writing • Ability to check reports, forms, records, and comparable data where interpretation is required using basic knowledge of the position PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Use of hands to run product and apply labels • Lifting up to 40 lbs • Exposure to and operation of machinery with moving parts • Moderate noise level, hearing protection required • Close vision for inspection of process, materials, and documents • Ability to follow Production Dress Protocol • Pushing and pulling manual and electric pallet jack *May be subject to drug testing/or background check.* Why join Partners Personnel? - Be part of one of the fastest growing industrial staffing firms in the U.S.!
