Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mid/Senior Recruiter and Business Development Specialist to join our client's team. This dual role is ideal for a recruitment professional with good experience in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates, as well as a preference for developing client relationships. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies, while also identifying new business opportunities and fostering client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Create and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing recruitment solutions and business services.
Collaborate with the sales team to align recruitment strategies with business development goals.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in recruitment and/or business development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced English level, both written and verbal.
Experience in contract or temporary staffing is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proven experience in sourcing and assessing candidates effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
Additional Information
This is an on-site position, but it could transition to a hybrid format after the first few months.
