Mill Operator Direct Hire

Description: Mill Operators
•Will be operating a calendar mill
•Will be lifting 50 lbs repetitively
•Will load rubber into a mill that flattens it and will use a knife to cut it
•The job is VERY physical and requires a lot of arm strength
•The job requires a far reach across the mill and a lot of lifting
•Will assist in cleaning up scrap and keeping area clean, operating machinery
Afternoon shift and Night shift available
Skills: machine operator, general production, press operator, packaging, production line, milling
Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1. Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
2. Must be able to work in non- temperature controlled environment
3. Must have experience reading work instructions
4. Must be open to working 50+ hours a week
5. Must have steel toe boots
6. Must have ability to reach across large machines
Experience Level: Intermediate Level
