Job Description: - Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of licensed professionals.- Maintain a productivity standard of 85% for PT, OT, SLP and 90% for PTA, COTA.- Deliver high-quality patient care and ensure that therapeutic goals are met.- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.- Adapt therapy programs to meet the needs and capabilities of each patient.- Comply with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.- Documentation and reporting in line with professional standards.- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients and team members.
