Benefits 401(K) Savings Paid Vacation Medical Plan Dental Plan Vision Plan Promote from within Enjoy fun, company perks Partners in our community Responsibilities Performs vehicle service and repair work as assigned in accordance with dealership and factory standards Work on a company van supplied with state-of-the-art tools Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems in an offsite setting Maintain the mobile service vehicle you have been assigned Perform inspections to identify any needed repairs or preventative maintenance needs Communicate directly with the Mobile Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. Document all work performed on the repair order using the dealer management system (Dealertrack) Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Qualifications 5+ years of Service Technician experience required Stellantis/Chrysler experience required Dealertrack DMS experience preferred.
