Your Role: You are a sales focused, results driven team player who loves fast pace, loves talking to clients on the phone and are motivated by making money based on your efforts. You will work with prospective borrowers and focus on our DSCR loan product, provide pricing, answer their questions, ensure there is a good mutual fit and explain the process. You will work within our proprietary HQ software, and interact with clients over the phone, text and email. Your job will be to advise clients, move the loan along and help them close. We will fill your calendar with highly qualified leads, your job will be to move them to close.
