•Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionals
•Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction
•Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
•Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
•Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
Qualifications
•Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office
•NMLS is preferred, but not required
•Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, etc.
•Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines
•Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus
•Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
•Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
•Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
