Responsibilities:
- Guide borrowers through the loan application process with expertise and empathy, establishing lasting relationships built on trust.
- Assist clients in understanding their financial options and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage loan applications and documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or related fields preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with banking applications/software.
- Strong understanding of direct and indirect lending products and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid State Mortgage Loan Officer License and NMLS Safe Test certification required.
Training and Support:
- Access to comprehensive training led by our experienced Branch Manager, offering over 28 years of industry expertise.
- Utilization of cutting-edge tools and platforms, including Product Pricing Engine (PPE), Loan Origination System (LOS), and Contact Relationship Management (CRM), to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Marketing support to assist in brand building and client outreach efforts.
- Dedicated processing and marketing teams to support your success.
Compensation and Benefits:

- Potential for significant earning potential, with pay ranging from $50,000 to $480,000 per year.
