Qualifications: Minimum 2-5 years successfully working as an AE with a book of broker clientsExperience with purchase business Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance) Ability to convert opportunities into salesStrong broker partnerships and self-sourced businessComfortable with mortgage software and LOS/POS systemsSavvy in all aspects of social media and coaching brokers how to be successful Confident and competitive and hungry for a certain income level Unparalleled work ethic, positive attitude and effort Desired Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalentTwo or more recent years' full-time loan origination experience Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
