The Role:
Collaborate with Design and Content teams to conceptualize high-quality videos and motion graphics projects
Complete a full edit from start to finish, including music selection, video style development, motion graphics, sound mixing, color correction, and output of the file to various formats
Organize, archive, and manage media and digital assets
Continuously find ways to elevate our brand story through motion
Bring new ideas on how to incorporate motion into current projects and brainstorm additional uses of video
Work with outside vendors on larger video projects to maintain consistent branding
The Team:
This role would be a part of the brand team and would partner with members of the larger marketing organization as well as cross functionally with stakeholders across Carrot.
Minimum Qualifications:
Have a compelling portfolio with demonstrations of different styles of video editing techniques
Passion for our mission
Proven proficiency with a wide range of tools, technologies and platforms for editing, sound design and graphics creation
Able to collaborate with stakeholders and take direction
Up-to-date knowledge of best creative practices
Proficient in technical side of editing in order to maintain a professional final product
Able to handle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
7+ years of motion graphic experience
Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Audition, Final Cut X, Avid, After Effects
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding of storytelling with a vivid imagination
Able to level and clean up audio files

The starting base salary for this position will range from $130,000- $150,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
