Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Multi-Unit Leader who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community engagement, and who can effectively manage the operations of 2-3 stores. Who Are We? Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is a beloved establishment that offers a warm,

Your Role: As a Multi-Unit Leader, you will:
• Oversee the daily operations of two (or three) Kneaders Bakery & Cafe locations, ensuring
that each store operates smoothly and meets our high standards
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance, profitability, and
customer satisfaction across both stores
• Lead, mentor, and support the General Managers and their teams, fostering an
environment of continuous improvement and professional growth
• Analyze business metrics, financial reports, and market trends to make informed
decisions that benefit both the individual stores and the company as a whole
• Serve as a liaison between the corporate office and the stores, ensuring that all
policies and procedures are consistently applied, and that communication is
clear and effective
A successful Multi-Unit Leader will demonstrate: • Leadership: A strong ability to guide and inspire teams across multiple locations,
with a focus on developing leaders within each store
• Vision: The foresight to set ambitious goals and the drive to achieve them, while
maintaining the integrity and values of Kneaders Bakery & Cafe
• Adaptability: The skill to navigate the unique challenges of managing multiple
units, adapting strategies as needed to ensure success
Qualifications: • 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in a fast-paced, fast-casual
restaurant or retail setting
• A solid understanding of compliance with food handler and sanitation regulations
• Experience in driving sales, meeting operational goals, and innovating to create
exceptional experiences for both teams and customers
