Job Summary
Drive revenue for franchises and headquarters by identifying and capturing Residential program leads in Salesforce. Based on decision-making, leads are identified and qualified into opportunities via Salesforce for the Account Manager to close.
Utilize a variety of sources including multi-data sources, trade shows, and referrals. Cultivate relationships with potential clients and communicate program highlights and benefits.
Major Duties and Responsibilities

Prospect and develop assigned market by utilizing multi-data sources and update Salesforce (CRM) accordingly.
Daily Salesforce utilization.
Drive revenue by producing leads that lead to client programs.
Client interaction and decision making on issue resolution.
Provide solutions to franchises to help resolve issues such as payment resolution; client requirements; etc.
Communicate to franchises the most up-to-date client requirements by maintaining Servpronet client pages, bulletins and hot topics.
Support Program Bulletin Development and Implementation.
Support the Account Managers in the achievement of the National Accounts objectives by preparing necessary daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports utilizing various systems, assisting with trip preparation, scheduling and hosting webinars, and the preparation/implementation of client contracts and bulletins.
Support other Coordinator team members as necessary.
Provide presentations to clients as requested by Inside Sales Manager.
Possible participation in association trade shows.
Back Up Call Center Agent – Qualify and Dispatch Claims.
Provide event/Trade show support and planning.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Cross-Train on Commercial side to assist as/when needed


Required Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Inside sales/business development and/or customer service experience.
Knowledge of SalesForce (CRM) software a plus.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required and one plus years' experience in related field.
Associate Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred.

Working Conditions

Fast-paced, high pressure office environment.
Standard working hours, based on a 40 hour work week.
Additional working hours required as needed to complete testing assignments and projects on schedule.
Minimal travel as required for business needs.
