Quality Inspector Job Overview:
You will use a variety of hand inspection tools to conduct dimensional inspections, as well as conduct casting and weldment layout inspections. You will interpret manufacturing drawings and will need to have a good understanding of GD&T. This is a floor position that will require standing throughout the day up to 10 hours.

* You can conduct receiving inspection functions in accordance with the company's Receiving Inspection procedure and work instructions
* You can conduct final inspection functions in accordance with The company's Final Inspection procedure and work instructions
* You are able to audit in-process inspections
* You can report results of all inspections to machinists and plant supervisors
* You are able to conduct casting and weldment layout inspections
* You can create accurate inspection reports
* You can set up inspection gages
* You can perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
To be considered you'll need:
* A Highschool diploma or GED
* 3-5 years of experience in Quality Inspection required, preferably in a machining or fabrication environment
* Ability to use a variety of hand inspection tools and ability to operate CMM
* Good computer skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A willingness to learn and grow
Wage: $22.00 - $28.00 hourly
