Contact: Overview Neonatologist Practice Medical Director opening in beautiful Alexandria, VA Responsibilities Pediatrix Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for a fulltime neonatologist medical director to join our team of 5 neonatologists at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, VA, supporting a strong philosophy of family-centered care.
16-bed Level 3 NICU with an ADC of 1024-hour inhouse coverage 35-bed newborn nursery with an ADC of 15-20 Staff includes a pediatric hospitalist and NNP with sub-specialty support available including maternal-fetal medicine Services include conventional and high-frequency ventilation, whole body cooling, and iNO with surgical cases transferred to local children's hospital Strong focus on quality and safety initiatives About the Hospital Inova Alexandria Hospital is a 318-bed community hospital that offers a full range of healthcare services and has received national recognition for healthcare excellence.
