Position Overview: *This is a commission-based role*

Learn and Conduct Starlight Sales process while demonstrating exceptional customer serviceMust completely understand the home building process and product offerings to effectively communicate to prospectsDemonstrate an understanding and excitement regarding Starlight Homes' outlook.Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound phone calls in accordance with the Starlight homes training.Develop, practice, and deliver a good sales presentation consistent with company trainingResponsible for a high level of activity including, but not limited to engaging with new prospects, following up with interested prospects, and setting appointments to closeRespond to customer queries in a prompt and efficient mannerMaintain a good line of communication with Starlight Homes team membersAttend, provide updates, and actively participate in weekly meeting as scheduledCommunicate with Sales Manager and present organized information regarding passive and engaged prospectsUtilize all resources to transition leads into prospective customers and consistently follow up with customers who are under contractGenerate referrals through upholding self to a high standard of customer service and satisfactionEnter leads, appointments, and all communication into Salesforce dailyDevelop and maintain relationships with realtors.Other Responsibilities: Presenting Starlight homes in a knowledgeable and professional mannerBe a subject matter expert on the homebuilding process, and be able to educate all prospects on what to expect throughout the processImmerse self in community information and trends, including schools, utilities, tax information, recreational areas, shopping areas, etc.Work with all clients to understand and identify their vision while aligning the perfect home to meet their needsUse training modules to stay consistent with Starlight's process, and continuously strive to improve Sales deliveryCall all customers night before loan application to ensure they are prepared with all necessary documents.Call all customers the night of sale to congratulate them on their new home and to thank them for choosing Starlight HomesCall all customers under contract at least once a week to maintain customer rapportRespond to phone calls and e-mails between Starlight team within 24 hoursDesired Candidate Qualifications: 3-5+ years of proven track record within a direct selling roleDriver's License RequiredMust be able to work evenings and weekendsStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust exemplify a high level of professionalism in appearance and daily interactions with team, management, as well as customersSupport all members of the team, and exude a collaborative approach to ensure the success of self and othersMaintain an adaptable and flexible attitudeMust be able to handle high volume situationsStrong work ethic, drive, positive attitude, and decision-making skillsProficient Computer skills, including Sales software and Microsoft OfficeMaintain an organized workspace, and help to keep office presentableTypical Physical and Mental Demands: Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English. Must be able to perform calculations.Employees in the position are required to be able to hear and have vision sufficient to utilize all office equipment.Use of hands and fingers is required to utilize standard office equipment.Requires occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.These physical requirements are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
