Description
The night auditor commands the hotel on the overnight shift from 11pm - 7am.
You will cover the full time auditor' s days off (Monday/Tuesday) and may be called on as back up overnight coverage or to provide coverage during other times such as vacation periods, etc.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and routing calls Verifying, balancing and reviewing hotel room availability Performing check-in/out duties Processing credit card and other financial transactions Inputting basic data into daily reports and processing invoices Reconciling errors whenever possible and refer to management Maintaining overall lobby appearance Preparing coffee station for our early risers
Experienced auditors are encouraged to apply. Inexperienced but have all the right skills and are wiling to learn?
